When I first saw this bag, I loved it. It felt very contemporary, and I can easily imagine how easy it is to dress the bag up and down. I snagged the brown diamond in small and the cream in petite/mini. It didn’t occur until recently that the Lee Radziwill bags look similar to the Birkin. Does anybody else see this?
If you’re in the market for a handbag that seamlessly blends elegance with practicality, the Tory Burch Lee Radziwill Double Bag deserves your attention. Inspired by the effortlessly stylish Lee Radziwill, a style icon and the younger sister of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, this bag exudes old-money sophistication with a modern twist.

Design & Aesthetic
Right off the bat, the Lee Radziwill Double Bag impresses with its sleek, structured silhouette and timeless appeal. The mix of leather and suede (depending on the colorway) adds a textural contrast that elevates the bag’s visual interest. The signature belted detail gives a nod to classic equestrian styles, while the gold-tone hardware keeps it looking refined. It’s a bag that doesn’t scream for attention but effortlessly turns heads – perfect for those who love quiet luxury.

Size Matters: Small vs. Petite
Choosing between the small and petite sizes depends on your lifestyle and daily essentials.
- Small: This is the more practical of the two if you need to carry a bit more – think phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, and a few extras like a small notebook or a mini makeup pouch. It maintains a compact look without sacrificing functionality, making it a great day-to-night option.
- Petite: Perfect for minimalists or those looking for an ultra-chic evening bag. It fits the absolute essentials (phone, cardholder, keys, lipstick) but not much else. While it’s adorable and lightweight, if you’re someone who likes a bit of extra room, you may find it limiting.

Functionality & Comfort
One of the standout features of this bag is its double-compartment structure, which keeps things organized. Unlike traditional totes or shoulder bags that can become a black hole of chaos, the Lee Radziwill Double Bag ensures that everything has its place. It can be carried by the top handle or worn crossbody with the detachable strap, making it practical for both formal and casual settings. The closure is a mix of a turn-lock and open-top design, which may not be the most secure, but it does add to the bag’s effortless vibe.
It’s a structured yet versatile companion for everyday wear or more polished occasions.
Price
At the time of writing this review (June 2025), the small size retails for $1,518 CAD and the petite size retails for $898 CAD.
Quality & Investment Worthiness
Tory Burch is known for high-quality craftsmanship, and this bag is no exception. The smooth leather ages beautifully, and the structured shape holds up well over time. That being said, because it’s made from softer leather and suede, some wear and creasing are inevitable, especially if you overstuff it. If you’re looking for a designer bag that’s not quite at the Hermès or Chanel price point but still carries an air of sophistication, this is a great mid-tier luxury option.

Final Verdict: Who Is This Bag For?
If you love polished, classic styles with a modern edge, the Tory Burch Lee Radziwill Double Bag is a fantastic addition to your collection. The small size is ideal for those who want function without bulk, while the petite size is for true minimalists or those in need of a stylish occasion bag. It’s a versatile, well-crafted piece that offers a timeless yet contemporary feel – the kind of bag that makes any outfit look instantly more put together.
That said, after owning the bag for a few years, I eventually decided to sell it. While I still appreciate its elegant design and quality craftsmanship, my personal style has evolved, and I have found myself reaching for other bags that better fit my current wardrobe and lifestyle. If you’re someone who frequently rotates their collection, I recommend sourcing this bag from reliable secondhand retailers (as I did), since these bags don’t hold their value.
Would I recommend it? Yes, with a caveat. Be sure to choose the size that best fits your needs, and buy it secondhand or on sale, if possible!
